Position: Pediatric Dentist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Pediatric Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages, providing them with the best dental care and promoting good oral health habits.

This opportunity is to help support the comprehensive services offered to patients.
We also offer orthodontic services which can collaborate with the pediatrics.

Pathway to a partnership.

Daily guarantee/collections? 36%~40% net production for pediatrics. Office pays lab bills.

  Key Responsibilities:

 Perform dental procedures on pediatric patients, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other treatments as needed

- Conduct thorough examinations and develop personalized treatme plans for each patient

- Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals, such as orthodontists and oral surgeons, to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in pediatric dentistry

- Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all patients, especially those with dental anxiety or special needs

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree

- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program

- Valid state dental license

- Current CPR certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well with children and their families

- Attention to detail and strong clinical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
