Position: Pediatric Dentist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our private practice client 4 or 5 days a week.

 This client has had continued growth with high demand for new patient appointments/treatments.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality dental care to children and a desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.


This opportunity is averaging 75-100 new patients a month.

$ 1,200.00 daily guarantee this is negotiable. 35 % collections with NO la fees

Responsibilities:

- Perform dental exams, cleanings, and other preventive procedures for pediatric patients

- Diagnose and treat dental issues in children, including cavities, tooth decay, and other oral health problems

- Educate patients and parents about proper oral hygiene and preventive care

- Administer local anesthesia and other medications as needed

- Monitor and track patient progress and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in pediatric dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and guidelines

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients, parents, and team members

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- Completion of pediatric dentistry residency program

- Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care

- Current CPR certification
