Position Overview

As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a key role in helping children develop healthy dental habits from an early age. You will provide comprehensive care in a kid-friendly environment designed to keep patients comfortable and engaged.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary along with a performance-based compensation model. Total annual compensation is driven by clinical production and quality incentives, with top-tier providers earning $450,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions in children

  • Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants

  • Deliver restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns, and extractions

  • Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and dental care practices

  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs

  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure high-quality care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Stay current with the latest dental techniques and best practices

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

  • Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program

  • Board certification or eligibility in pediatric dentistry

  • Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate approach to working with children and families

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
