35-40% of production based on skills and experience

What we require you have...

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Experience with treatment planning, patient education, and comprehensive dental care
Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
