Lawton Kids Dentistry & Braces is seeking a full-time, patient-focused Pediatric Dentist. Open to both ownership and associate candidates of all experience levels, with immediate ownership potential.
Compensation & Benefits: Fixed daily rate commensurate with $350K-$600K+; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; continuing education (CEU) allowance; uniform allowance; all licensure fees covered.
Practice highlights: 19 operatories; 3-4 pediatric dentists; ~130 patients/day; $6.5M annual production; payor mix 70% Medicaid / 30% PPO & cash; 3-4 days/week in the OR.
