About the Practice

Join a well-established, growing pediatric dental practice focused on providing a positive, comfortable, and family-friendly experience for children. The practice offers a supportive clinical environment, strong patient demand, an experienced dental team, and modern technology that allows the dentist to focus on high-quality patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist whose clinical experience has been focused exclusively on pediatric patients. The practice is looking to add a dentist as soon as possible.

About the Position

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday on-call availability preferred, but not required
• Single-dentist office
• Support team includes 4–5 Dental Assistants, 1 Hygienist, and an on-site Office Manager
• 2 operative columns and 3 hygiene columns
• Approximately 800 patient visits per month
• Approximately 75 new patients per month
• 30-minute new patient and standard recall appointments
• Predominantly in-network / fee-for-service patient base
• Approximately 95% collection rate
• Dentrix Ascend practice management system
• Panoramic imaging on-site
• NOMAD may also be available

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual income: $300,000–$400,000
• W-2 employment with a 1–2 year contract
• Compensation based on the greater of a daily guarantee or percentage of collections
