We’re hiring a Pediatric Dentist in New Orleans, Louisiana who wants strong earning potential, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children's oral health.

You’ll step into an outpatient pediatric dental role focused on preventive care, restorative procedures, patient education, and treatment planning. You’ll work alongside an experienced dental team in a progressive, well-run, and financially stable organization dedicated to providing high-quality care.

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• No evenings or weekend requirements
• 8–20 patients per day based on provider preference and bandwidth

• You hold a DDS or DMD degree
• You have or can obtain a Louisiana dental license

Compensation & Benefits

• Production compensation of 34% for W-2 providers
• Production compensation of 38% for 1099 providers
• $12,000 sign-on bonus paid immediately with a 2-year contract
