A locally owned pediatric dental practice in Lafayette and New Iberia is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or Pediatric-Focused Dentist to join a growing team focused on treating kids like family.

This is a strong opportunity for a provider who wants steady patient demand, strong income potential, and the chance to help grow a newer Lafayette location while also supporting an established New Iberia practice.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric-focused dental care for children and families
• Perform fillings, crowns, extractions, and procedures within comfort level
• Support patients with patience, confidence, and a calm chairside manner
• Communicate clearly with parents and families
• Work closely with the office manager, front office, and clinical staff
• Split time between Lafayette and New Iberia, with final schedule confirmed during the interview process
• Support hospital coverage as needed
• Refer out more complex cases when needed

Compensation & Growth

• $1,200/day guarantee for the first year
• 30% of collections
• $350K–$450K expected earning potential
• Strong collection history
• All procedures count toward the doctor

What We’re Looking For

• Pediatric Dentist, or GP with strong pediatric experience
• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Louisiana license or ability to obtain
• Comfortable treating children
• Patient, calm, and family-focused approach
• Strong communication skills with parents and families
• Team-first mindset
• Focused on doing what is best for the patient
• Comfortable with a schedule that may include hospital coverage
