Part-Time Pediatric Caregiver

Sedalia, MO | Part-Time | Weekend Hours | $17/Hour

Phoenix Home Care is hiring a Part-Time Caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client. This position includes weekend hours and is a great opportunity for a caregiver with experience in direct support or working with children with autism.

This role provides hands-on support with the client's individual needs, routines, activities, and supervision. By providing dependable care, you will also give the client's guardians valuable time to recharge, run errands, or simply take a much-needed break.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide direct support and supervision
Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal needs
Provide companionship and positive interaction
Support the client's individual needs and routines
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
Provide dependable care that allows guardians time away from caregiving responsibilities

Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Prior direct support care experience preferred
Experience working with children with autism is helpful
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
