The Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) team is expanding and seeking dynamic, board-certified or board-eligible PEM physicians to support system-wide growth and an exciting trajectory in pediatric emergency care.

This is a unique opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, collaborative pediatric emergency department with immediate access to pediatric subspecialists, advanced diagnostic and therapeutic resources, and a strong academic infrastructure. Clinical Environment Snapshot

  • High-volume pediatric ED within an integrated, quaternary-care system
  • Robust APP and nursing support
  • Comprehensive pediatric subspecialty coverage
  • Active development of an upcoming Level I Pediatric Trauma Center

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency care to pediatric patients
  • Supervise and educate residents, fellows, and medical students
  • Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and subspecialty teams
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and operational initiatives

  • Play a foundational role in the development and operational leadership of a new trauma center

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
  • Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
