About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric/Family Provider to join our healthcare team. This role offers flexible scheduling with hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday-1 week of call every 3-4 months. In this position, you will provide care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting and utilize telemedicine as needed. Also, available 4 hour shifts.

Working just 4 days per week qualifies you for full benefits, with a competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Active California License (Required)
• Board-certified Pediatric/Family MD/DO General Pediatrician OR Family Practitioner
• EHR Experience Required
• New grads welcome
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents
• Loan repayment

Key Responsibilities:

• Needs to see 25 to 30 patients per day, 1 week of call every 3-4 months.
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic pediatric illnesses
• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments in accordance with patient care plans
• Perform comprehensive physical exams for pediatric patients and assess their health
• Develop and implement pediatric patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to specialists and medical facilities as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists on patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate parents and families on child health, wellness, and preventive care
