About the Role:
Join PACIFIC HEALTH SERVICES INC as a Pediatric Home Health LVN, where you will provide compassionate care to children in the comfort of their homes. This role is perfect for dedicated individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families.

NOC Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-7am


Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
  • Provide education and support to families regarding patient care.
  • Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
  • Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a passion for pediatric care.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
