Position Summary


We are looking for caring, reliable LPNs to join our pediatric team! You’ll provide direct one-on-one care to children in their homes or school environments—supporting families and making a difference in their daily lives.


New nurses are welcome! We provide hands-on training and mentorship with an experienced RN to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

Responsibilities


  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes or schools

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor and document patient conditions and progress

  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and physicians

  • Follow agency care plans and safety protocols

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
Requirements


  • Current Pennsylvania LPN license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Recent PPD (Tuberculosis Test)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Compassionate and patient-focused personality

Bonus Points If You Have:


  • Pediatric or home health experience (but not required!)

  • Tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience

  • Desire to work closely with children and families
