Position Summary
We are looking for caring, reliable LPNs to join our pediatric team! You’ll provide direct one-on-one care to children in their homes or school environments—supporting families and making a difference in their daily lives.
New nurses are welcome! We provide hands-on training and mentorship with an experienced RN to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes or schools
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and physicians
- Follow agency care plans and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Recent PPD (Tuberculosis Test)
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate and patient-focused personality
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Pediatric or home health experience (but not required!)
- Tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience
- Desire to work closely with children and families
