You'll enjoy the flexibility of independent practice while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.If you're looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide exceptional pediatric care on your terms, we'd love to hear from you.Role Overview: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disordersDevelop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategiesClosely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomesEngage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and developmentCollaborate with a team of professionals, including occupational and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to careComplete succinct documentation of services in a timely mannerProvide high-quality mentorship and supervision of students and assistants, as neededRequirements: Master's degree in speech-language pathology or equivalent from an accredited college or universityActive speech-language pathologist license through Arizona Department of Health ServicesValid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance CardCurrent CPR cardArticle 9 CertificateCurrent Professional Liability InsuranceReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseExperience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilitiesPassion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledgePositive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not requiredBilingualism is a plus!Working Conditions:This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting.
