BrightStar Care of Columbus is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a client with G-tube, trach, and suctioning needs in the comfort of their home.

Schedule
- Every Monday
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Manage G-tube feedings, trach care, and suctioning
- Assist with daily living and personal care needs
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Support a safe and positive environment for the client and family
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Pediatric, G-tube, trach, or suctioning experience preferred — training available
