The pediatric hospitalist would be expected:
AdventHealth Daytona Beach has partnered with AdventHealth for Children with a vision to deliver high quality pediatric care, elevating the local market and keeping kids close to home with a seamless connection to quaternary services. We provide full coverage of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This collaboration also provides access to quaternary services through our AdventHealth for Children network.

Practice Description
This is an employment opportunity that includes call coverage and competitive compensation. Other benefits include occurrence-based malpractice coverage, paid leave days, CME days and allowance, 403b retirement plan, health insurance for physician and family, and relocation allowance. This practice is part of AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG). AHMG employs 700+ physicians in 60+ specialties and allows physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.
AdventHealth for Children Walt Disney Pavilion
As part of the AdventHealth Daytona Beach collaboration with the Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children, patients have the support of a full service tertiary childrens hospital with over 200 pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds with a dedicated peds CICU, a 102 bed NICU, 17 bed pediatric emergency department and statewide pediatric network and transport system.
We started our pediatric open heart program in 2012 and have a strong track record of positive outcomes. Key destination programs include our level IV Epilepsy program, the regions only BMT and solid organ transplants including kidney and liver.
Our network consists of 30 hospitals across the state totaling over 23,000 births with several pediatric subspecialty programs including outreach clinics. These hospitals refer patients for tertiary and quaternary services to our main location near downtown Orlando. Pediatric liver transplant services were recently brought to Central Florida.
In 2019, AdventHealth for Children was recognized by US News and World Report as the best Childrens Hospital for newborn care in Florida and by The Leapfrog Group as a top Childrens Hospital for quality and safety. We are also a magnet designated hospital for nursing care.
