What You Will Do:

Join a premier, fast-growing pediatric hospitalist team at Dell Children’s Medical Center, where your clinical expertise and passion for medical education will shape the future of specialized care for families across Central Texas.

 

  • Deliver comprehensive inpatient care across acute, subspecialty, complex, and surgical co-management settings to ensure the highest standards of safety and recovery for our patients.
  • Lead and mentor the next generation of medical professionals by actively participating in clinical education and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams—including specialized surgical and mental health units—to design and execute seamless, holistic care plans for families in our region.
  • Drive clinical excellence and innovation by utilizing our expanded, state-of-the-art facilities and bed towers to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Central Texas community.
  • Provide dependable, high-quality coverage within a 24/7 in-house model, ensuring patients and their families receive continuous, compassionate, and timely medical attention.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Additional Preferences:

Fellowship training in Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine is required
