Healthcare United is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for a newly created position in East Central Illinois, targeting a January 2027 start. Provide inpatient care for pediatric patients from admission through discharge
Attend deliveries and provide newborn resuscitation as needed (NRP required)
Manage newborn nursery care and pediatric admissions from the emergency department
Support emergency department pediatric consultations
Coordinate care transitions with outpatient pediatricians and specialists
Collaborate with nursing and ancillary teams on pediatric quality initiatives
