Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProviding brief, evidence-based behavioral interventions including First Approach Skills Training (FAST) from Seattle Children's, CBT, behavioral activation and other treatments as appropriateCoordinating with patient's medical provider and psychiatric consultantScreening, assessment and diagnosing of referred patientsPatient educationSupporting medication management (as prescribed by medical provider)Participate in weekly case review with psychiatric consultantTrack patient follow-up and clinical outcomes using a registryDocument patient progress and treatment recommendations in the EHRFacilitate treatment plan changes for patients not improvingWork closely with Community Health Workers to facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services inside and outside the organizationDevelop and support relapse prevention plans with patients who have achieved treatment goalsMeet productivity and agency expectations, completing all work in a timely mannerParticipate as a positive member of the clinical teamRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree in counseling, social work or a related fieldLicensed in WA state: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker, Psychologist or Masters-level licensure candidate/trainee (e.g. LMHCA)Experience working with children and familiesMust be reliable, hard working, and have an excellent work ethicWATCH State Patrol check, National Criminal Background Check, 5 Panel Drug Screen. Future work will be a combination of telehealth and in person services. This position is for a 1.0 FTE or 40 hours per week.
