1YR/1ST TIMERS OK - PICU RN -

Will position float between units: Yes; units that they would float to would be Pedi Med/Surg and NICU.
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes Variable
Are block schedules required? No; We do not require block scheduling. They will complete self-scheduling. They can work 3 consecutive shifts or split them up. But it will be for 3 12 hour shifts per week.
What are expected ratios? 1:2
Special requirements: PICU experience required
Are 48 hours approved: No
