Responsibilities:- Provide personalized nursing care to pediatric patients in their home environment.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate families on patient care and health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
