Elevate Care Providers is hiring a reliable and compassionate LPN or RN for a 13-year-old female pediatric client in Wentzville, Missouri.
Pay: $40–$42 per hour
Schedule: After-school/evening hours until approximately 10:00–11:00 PM Weekend coverage is also available Up to 50 hours per week available
Care needs include: • Medication administration • Tube feed administration • Meal preparation and oral feeding assistance • Range of motion exercises • Personal care • Transfers using a Hoyer lift
The client has cerebral palsy and developmental delay.
This is an immediate opening with consistent private-duty nursing hours.
LPNs and RNs with pediatric, G-tube, home care, or private-duty nursing experience are encouraged to apply.
