The Position
Our client is seeking a Pediatric Medical Director to lead the development and growth of their pediatric program while maintaining an active outpatient practice. This physician leader will play a key role in shaping clinical strategy, mentoring providers, improving quality outcomes, and expanding pediatric services across the organization.

Requirements
MD or DO Degree
Board Certified Pediatrics
Active Florida Medical License or Ability to Obtain
Active DEA Registration
Minimum of 5 Years of Pediatric Clinical Experience Preferred
Leadership, Medical Director, or Program Development Experience Preferred
Eligible for Credentialing and Privileging
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
Lead the design, implementation, and growth of the pediatric service line
Develop clinical protocols, workflows, and standards of care
Supervise and mentor pediatric providers and advanced practice clinicians
Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance initiatives
Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and referral partners
Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in organizational leadership meetings and planning initiatives
