Job Summary:

Mission Children’s is seeking a pediatric neurologist to be part of our innovative pediatric team of subspecialists located in Asheville, North Carolina.

Qualified Candidates:
  • BC/BE by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology with Special Qualification in pediatric neurology
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
Position Highlights:
  • Strong support within a comprehensive pediatric subspecialist team, including pediatric hospitalists and intensivists
  • Primarily clinic based (80%) with consults in the hospital (20%)
  • Ability to see and average of 12-16 patients per day
  • 19 dedicated pediatric beds
  • 9 PICU beds
  • 51 Level III NICU beds
