Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $74.00/hour (+ holiday pay of $3.00/hour for federal holidays, if applicable)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced pediatric nursing care in a clinical setting for children of various ages
  • Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
  • Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments per protocol
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Document patient encounters accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies
  • Educate families about health management and preventive care
  • Ensure safety and comfort of pediatric patients during visits and treatments
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid, active RN license in California
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • Current BLS & PALS certifications from AHA or Red Cross (no online courses)
  • Clinical experience demonstrating pediatric care competency

Preferred:
  • Pediatric primary care experience or similar clinical settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
