University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established outpatient pediatric practice in Cambridge, Maryland.
This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families in a supportive, community-focused setting.
Practice Details
- 100% outpatient – no hospital rounding or inpatient call
- Pediatric-focused patient population
- Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- EPIC EMR
- Strong referral network within UMMS
- Opportunities for community engagement and practice growth
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care
- Perform well-child visits, sick visits, and preventive care
- Deliver patient and family education
- Manage acute and chronic conditions within scope
- Collaborate with care team and specialists as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $51.11 – $74.74
- Based on experience as an Advanced Practice Provider

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric or Family Medicine)
- Board Certified
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
- Active Maryland NP and RN licenses (or eligibility)
- DEA/CDS eligibility
- BLS certification
- Experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
