    Description

    Location: Long Island, NY

    Setting:
    Outpatient private pediatric group – collaborative, community-focused team providing comprehensive primary care to children from birth through adolescence.

    Schedule:
    Full-time (Monday–Friday); optional half-day Saturdays on rotation
    Flexible 4½–5-day workweek negotiable

    Hours:
    Typical clinic hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (no hospital rounding or ER shifts)

    Patient Volume:
    Average 18–22 patients per day, balanced mix of well-child and sick visits

    Job Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

    • Active New York State license as a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant

    • Current DEA registration (or eligibility)

    • Experience: Minimum 1 year in pediatrics preferred, but new graduates with strong pediatric training are encouraged to apply

    • Excellent communication skills and a passion for family-centered care

    • Comfortable managing common pediatric conditions, wellness visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings under physician collaboration

    Compensation:
    $110,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials
    Additional incentives may include performance bonus, CME allowance, and relocation support
