Location: Long Island, NY
Setting:Outpatient private pediatric group - collaborative, community-focused team providing comprehensive primary care to children from birth through adolescence.
Schedule:Full-time (Monday-Friday); optional half-day Saturdays on rotation
Flexible 4½-5-day workweek negotiable
Hours:Typical clinic hours 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (no hospital rounding or ER shifts)
Patient Volume:Average 18-22 patients per day, balanced mix of well-child and sick visits
Job Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active New York State license as a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
- Current DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in pediatrics preferred, but new graduates with strong pediatric training are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for family-centered care
- Comfortable managing common pediatric conditions, wellness visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings under physician collaboration
Compensation:$110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials
