What You’ll Do 

\n

\n

Deliver fun, goal-oriented pediatric occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a Licensed OT.  

\n

\n

Work on fine motor, sensory integration, visual-motor, and self-care skills through meaningful, play-based activities.  

\n

\n

Track and document patient progress to assist the primary OT in updating treatment plans.  

\n

\n

Partner with parents and caregivers to provide home activities and functional carryover strategies.  

\n

\n

Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.  

\n

\n

Qualifications 

\n

\n

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. 

\n

\n

Active Indiana State COTA License (or eligibility). 

\n

\n

NBCOT COTA Certification (or eligibility). 

\n

\n

Current CPR Certification.  

\n

\n

Pediatric experience preferred (New graduates are encouraged to apply!).
