We are seeking an Occupational Therapistto join our team! Job responsibilities will be to provide therapy to young children with a variety of special needs, be a team player and be flexible with scheduling. Be very organized and self motivated with completed paperwork. In this role, you will conduct assessments, individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Licensed OT will be evaluating children weekly with a possibility of supervising a COTA
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master’s degree
birth-3 experience and oral-motor/feeding experience not required but preferred
