About the Role
Provide occupational therapy services to students in educational settings
Evaluate student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Support students in achieving academic, functional, and developmental goals
Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established goals
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service records
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff
Educate families and school personnel regarding therapeutic strategies and recommendations
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and professional standards
Stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
