Are you a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in the Fargo area looking for a rewarding opportunity with a flexible schedule and a collaborative team? T & K Pediatric Services is expanding its search for talented therapists interested in joining our pediatric clinic in Jamestown, North Dakota.
Whether you’re considering a manageable regional commute or are interested in relocating, you’ll become part of a multidisciplinary team focused on helping children achieve meaningful developmental milestones through individualized, family-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits
- $33.00–$55.00 per hour (DOE)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Help children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and daily living activities
- Partner with families and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, early intervention providers, and behavioral health professionals
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Foster a positive, engaging, and encouraging therapy environment for every child
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Pediatric experience is preferred, but mentorship is available for motivated therapists entering pediatric practice
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their developmental goals
