Today
Sevita is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide person-centered occupational therapy to children and adolescents with a wide range of developmental, physical, sensory, and behavioral needs. Working in home, clinic, school, and community-based settings, you will help children build the functional skills they need to participate more fully in daily life at home, in school, and in their communities.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with Sevita, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, interpret assessment findings, and develop individualized treatment plans that are family-centered and goal-oriented. You will deliver evidence-based interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care and activities of daily living, play skills, visual-motor integration, and social participation. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care and to educate them on strategies that support each child’s progress and independence.

You will document all assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans clearly and in accordance with regulatory, professional, and Sevita standards. You will monitor and adjust interventions based on outcomes, best practices, and family feedback, and you will participate in case reviews, team meetings, and care coordination activities. As part of Sevita’s person-centered approach, you will advocate for the needs of each child and family while respecting cultural, developmental, and individual differences.

In this position, you will also support program development by contributing ideas for new groups, interventions, and tools that enhance pediatric services. You may provide guidance and mentorship to assistants, therapy aides, or students as appropriate, modeling best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and professional ethics.

Sevita fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment where you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team committed to improving lives. You will have access to ongoing training, clinical resources, and professional development opportunities to deepen your pediatric expertise, expand your skills in areas such as sensory integration and feeding, and grow your career over time.

This full-time role is ideal for a licensed Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with children and families, values collaboration and empathy, and is motivated to provide high-quality, community-based care. By joining Sevita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, helping children reach their potential and supporting families as they navigate care and growth.
