Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics, a love for working with children of all abilities, and a desire to make therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate families and staff on therapeutic techniques and strategies for daily life
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in pediatric OT
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed in Florida
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification
- Passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive
