Word Therapy, a growing private speech, and occupational therapy practice in Lakewood Ranch, FL, is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team on a contract basis with potential for more as our caseload grows).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and individualized therapy to children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and other needs.
- Develop and implement fun, engaging, and evidence-based treatment plans.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide education and home exercise strategies.
- Collaborate with speech therapists and other professionals to support children’s progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Florida.
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatrics.
- Knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor development, and early intervention techniques.
- Ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for children.
