Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our small, growing team! We are a relationship-based practice that values deep connection, creativity, and honoring each child's unique journey.

In this role, you will partner closely with families to craft customized, play-based therapy plans. Because we support a vibrant community, you’ll naturally manage a dynamic caseload with a compassionate touch. We are especially excited to welcome a therapist with expertise in early intervention, sensory integration, and feeding therapy. If you are a warm, collaborative communicator who genuinely loves supporting kids and their caregivers, we would love to grow with you.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and screenings for children ages 0–12.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy in clinic, school, and home settings with a focus on:
    • Sensory processing and self-regulation.
    • Fine and gross motor development.
    • Feeding and oral-motor skills.
    • Daily living and social participation.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to support carryover.
  • Educate and empower families with practical strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Stay current with pediatric OT practices, including sensory and feeding approaches.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current California OT license.
  • Knowledge of sensory integration principles.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.
  • Passion for play-based, family-centered therapy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply. Pediatric experience is preferred, and interest in feeding therapy or early intervention is an added bonus.
Compensation: $55.00 - $80.00 per hour
