HYBRID PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST NEEDED IN FAYETTEVILLE!
Join a therapist-owned private practice in Fayetteville, NC, where care goes beyond the clinic. This team has spent over 20 years helping children build strength, confidence, and independence—both locally and through global outreach programs.
This is a HYBRID position! Work in person in the clinic 3 days per week and work remotely 1 day per week.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat children with a variety of sensory and motor challenges.
- Develop creative, play-based treatment plans that keep kids engaged.
- Provide treatment in the clinic and via telehealth.
- Work closely with families and a supportive team of therapists to ensure the best outcomes.
- Keep accurate and organized documentation.
What You'll Get
- Annual compensation ranges from $65,000–$85,000(negotiable!), based on experience and schedule
- Choose your pay structure based on your priorities (hourly, per visit, etc.)

What You’ll Need
- Active or pending North Carolina Occupational Therapy License
- Pediatric experience preferred, but open to those eager to learn
