We' re currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist ($70, 000-$85, 000 salary depending on experience) in the Lumberton, NC area. Qualifications:
Must hold appropriate Degree in Occupational Therapy
North Carolina State license in Occupational Therapy
At least 1 year of experience required with some pediatric experience - fieldwork will count as experience
Compensation
OTR: $70, 000-$85, 000 annually based on experience OR equates to ($33.65 - $40.87 per hour)
COTA: Pay per visit model $10/unit
Position Details:
Clinic hours are typically 7: 00 AM 6: 00 PM Monday-Thursday, can be flex
Traditional 5 day schedule, four 10 hours days or customized to meet your family needs
This position is a combination of patient care at the outpatient clinic, as well as in private and public elementary school settings - approximately a 50/50 mix.
Caseload consists of a variety of disorders, mild to severe.
Kids range in age from birth to about middle school age
Will supervise COTAs
Key Responsibilities:
Assess children' s motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions, helping them achieve developmental goals.
Work closely with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment tailored to child' s unique needs
