Position Highlights

• Full-time, W2 Salaried Position
• Clinic-based, in person
• 60-minute treatment sessions
• Healthy caseload expectations & documentation blocks built into your day!
• Full admin team to handle scheduling & billing

What We're Looking For:

• MOT or OTD
• Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
• Passion for children & play-based therapy
• Collaborative outlook & strong communication skills
• Growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• $78,000 - $90,000 base pay PLUS generous production bonus incentives
• On target earnings (OTE) between $84k-100k DOE
