The Type of Pediatric Occupational Therapist - OT Were Looking For

Were searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Current WA State license as an Occupational Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong understanding of child development and a passion for helping children thrive
• Ability to assist in program procedure policy and protocol development
• Dedication to patient satisfaction and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Basic computer proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Possessing these traits would also be ideal.

What Its Like to Be Our Pediatric Occupational Therapist - OT

This is a full-time therapeutic role, 40 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling. As a valued OT on our team, youll work in a supportive, fun environment alongside a multidisciplinary team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing evaluations
• Creating treatment plans
• Delivering direct therapy focused on feeding, sensory processing, motor coordination, psycho-social development, and more
