Flexible Scheduling

- Four 10-hour days
- Three 10-hour days
- Traditional 5-day schedule

- Evening hours (3:00 PM–close) and weekend availability desired
Compensation Options
Multiple pay models available, choose what aligns with your goals:
- Full-Time Hourly $33.65–$40.87/hr ($70,000-$85,000 annually) | Paid on clock-in/clock-out
- Part-Time Hourly $33–$40/hr (based on experience) | Paid on clock-in/clock-out
- Pay Per Visit (PPV) Model: $56–$72/billable hour | $70/evaluation

Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
- Master's or Doctorate in OT (unless grandfathered under bachelor's accreditation transition)
- Pediatric experience preferred
