About the Role

- HOME HEALTH CASELOADS can be built throughout the Valley (25 sessions/week is considered full-time!)

Position Highlights
- Provide engaging, personalized therapy for pediatric patients (option to work with adults too, if that's of interest!)
- Supervise COTAs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate families on therapy techniques to support progress at home.
- Contribute ideas that help improve services and shape the clinic’s growth.
Ideal Candidate
- Active or pending AZ Occupational Therapy license.
- Ability to work in person in the Phoenix area (Valleywide options for schools and home health caseloads; clinic opportunities in Tempe)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to therapy.
