Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Flexible Schedule + Clinic or Community

Guaranteed hourly rate: $35-$38/hour (clinic-based, based on experience)

PPV rate: $50-$55 per visit (part-time option) & $70 per evaluation

+ Substantial, obtainable productivity bonus 

Leander, TX and surrounding Austin areas | Full-Time or Part-Time

Flexible pediatric OT role with the option to work fully in-clinic, in the community, or both. Supportive, therapist-owned practice with a neurodiversity-affirming model, structured onboarding, and manageable productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR); strong pediatric COTA considered
• New grads welcome
• Coachable, collaborative, and growth-oriented
• Some after-school availability (3–6 PM) preferred; Saturdays optional

Compensation

• Flexible compensation models: guaranteed hourly pay or PPV
• $35-$38/hour (clinic-based, based on experience)
• $50-$55 per visit & $70 per evaluation
• ~$5/visit bonus at 75% productivity

Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time or part-time (minimum ~10 hours/week for part-time)
• Full-time productivity: ~22 billable hours/week (65%)
