Join a well-established, therapist-led outpatient pediatric clinic in Richmond, Kentucky that has earned a strong reputation through word-of-mouth referrals and exceptional family-centered care. With a waiting list of children ready to begin services, you'll step into a full caseload while working alongside a collaborative, close-knit team that truly enjoys supporting one another.

This is a full-time opportunity with guaranteed pay (salary!), manageable scheduling, and dedicated administrative support so therapists can focus on treating children-not coordinating calendars.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Guaranteed hours per week
  • Part-time applicants also considered

Compensation & Benefits

  • $72,800–$78,000 annual salary ($35.00–$37.50/hour equivalent)

Qualifications

  • Active or eligible Kentucky Occupational Therapist license
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
