BayCare is currently in search of our newest Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. This is an outpatient Pediatric position with a diverse population of infants through school aged patients. Heavy caseload of developmental delay and children on the Spectrum. This position is a Specialty Center Mease Countryside Hospital.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist responsibilities:
- Opportunity to work with a variety of diagnoses and conditions, infant through school aged.
- Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
- Heavy developmental delay and autism caseload.
- Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Fitness Specialists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.
- 3 or more years of Pediatric Outpatient experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
- A supervising licensed Occupational Therapist may only supervise 1 permittee at any given time.
Requirements:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- OT (Occupational Therapy)
- Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain
- Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy
- Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy
