What You’ll Do:

️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
️ Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
️ Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).

Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
