Board: BC Certified <\/li>
Licenses: Active Oregon medical license <\/li>
DEA: Required <\/li>
Certifications: BLS <\/li>
Must have completed a pediatric fellowship training<\/span><\/li>
Other Qualifications: Comfortable with NICU airway evaluation; Proficiency with Epic EMR; Must be willing to obtain privileges at Providence Newberg Medical Center (call only) and Providence St. Vincent (clinic and call) <\/li><\/ul>Duties & Responsibilities<\/b>
Provide comprehensive pediatric otolaryngology care in clinic (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and surgical center (Thu) <\/li>
Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations, follow -ups, and surgical cases <\/li>
Take beeper call for emergency department and established patient calls via mobile app during nights and weekends <\/li>
Perform NICU airway evaluations as required <\/li>
Document all encounters in the Epic EMR system <\/li><\/ul><\/div>
