Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide engaging, evidence-based physical therapy interventions in an outpatient clinic setting.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
Ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation, family education, and communication with referring providers.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's functional and developmental goals.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Pediatric outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and family-centered care skills.
