About the Role: Stargait Management Group Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by supporting high-quality rehabilitative care in a collaborative and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the supervising PT
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment and equipment
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Uphold compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of care
Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current or eligible PTA licensure in the state of Washington
CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
Previous clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and patient care protocols
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
